customer care

shipping

KitchenCrest Cabinets provides shipping services for customers within 50 miles of radius of our service and distribution centers in IL, TX and FL at the request of the customers.

Shipping charges are based on the distance from our service and distribution centers.

Order will process and ship within 2-3 business days (Monday thru Friday) for Ready to Assemble (RTA) or flat box orders, 3-5 business days for pre-assembled orders, but can sometimes ship sooner.

Our cabinets are flat-packed in cardboard boxes and most boxes are no bigger than 28”x44”x6”. The boxes will be placed on 4’x4’ pallets and we generally stack them to 72” or less. The boxes will be stacked on top of each other and then wrapped in plastic for protection and to prevent the loss of items during transit.

refunds

It is the customer's responsibility to report any shortages or damages within 72 hours after receiving the products.

No Claims will be accepted after that period. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receiving the product(s).

All returned items must be resalable condition. Modified cabinets, cabinets with drilled holes, boxes with missing parts are not returnable.​

All returned items must be in their original packaging, or return will be declined.

All assembled items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refrigerator panels, shelf boards, toe kicks and back panels are non-returnable.

All finished wood product exhibits color changes when exposed to light and environment. Differences in grains, mineral streaks and color variations are normal.

All wood cabinets will expand and contract due to temperature and humidity changes. Such expansion and contraction are expected and are not considered defects.
